摘要
[摘要 ] 目的 探讨双吻合器治疗中重度直肠前突症合并混合痔的疗效。方法 54例中重度直肠前突症合并混合痔患者随机分为两组，观察组 27例采用双吻合器治疗，对照组 27例采用常规外剥内扎术手术方法治疗，比较两组的疗效。结果 观察组的疗效明显优于对照组。结论 双吻合器治疗中重度直肠前突症合并混合痔疗效优于常规外剥内扎术。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of double stapler in the treatment of moderate and severe rectocele with mixed hemorrhoids. Methods 54 patients with rectocele and mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (27 cases) was treated with double stapler, the control group (27 cases) was treated with routine external stripping and internal ligation. Results the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion the effect of double stapler in the treatment of moderate and severe rectocele with mixed hemorrhoids is better than that of routine external stripping and internal ligation.
