瑞格列奈联合氨氯地平或氯沙坦钾治疗 2型糖尿病合并原发性高血压的疗效对比分析

摘要    [摘要 ] 目的 探究瑞格列奈分别联合氨氯地平与氯沙坦钾对 2型糖尿病合并原发性高血压患者血糖、血压及舒张期左心室厚度的影响。方法 以 2018年 1月— 2020年 2月在该院接受治疗的 300例 2型糖尿病合并原发性高血压为研究对象,按照随机对照原则分为 A组和 B组,每组 150例。两组均予口服瑞格列奈片,在此基础上 A组予口服苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片; B组予口服氯沙坦钾片,两组患者均连续服药 8周。观察两组的临床疗效,治疗前后的血压,血糖变化情况及舒张期左心室厚度。结果 治疗后,两组患者血压及血糖水平均得到明显改善,但组间比较无显著差异,而在改善舒张期左心室厚度方面, B组的治疗效果明显优于 A组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论 在治疗 2型糖尿病合并原发性高血压中,瑞格列奈与氨氯地平或氯沙坦钾联合给药在降压降糖方面均取得良好的效果;而在降低舒张期左心室厚度,保护心脏功能方面,瑞格列奈与氯沙坦钾联合使用效果更佳。     [关键词 ] 2型糖尿病;原发性高血压;瑞格列奈;氨氯地平;氯沙坦钾  [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effects of retaglinide combined with amlodipine and losartan potassium on blood glucose, blood pressure and diastolic left ventricular thickness in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and essential hypertension. Methods from January 2018 to February 2020, 300 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and essential hypertension who were treated in the hospital were divided into group A and group B according to the principle of random control, 150 cases in each group. On this basis, group A was given L-amlodipine besylate tablets, group B was given losartan potassium tablets, both groups of patients were taken for 8 weeks. The changes of blood pressure, blood sugar and left ventricular thickness were observed before and after treatment. Results after treatment, the blood pressure and blood sugar water of the two groups were significantly improved, but there was no significant difference between the two groups. In terms of improving the diastolic left ventricular thickness, the treatment effect of group B was significantly better than that of group A (P < 0.05). Conclusion in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with essential hypertension, the combination of repaglinide and amlodipine or losartan potassium has a good effect in reducing blood pressure and blood sugar, while the combination of repaglinide and losartan potassium has a better effect in reducing diastolic left ventricular thickness and protecting heart function.
