摘要
【摘 要】目的：探讨卵巢囊肿术后护理干预对患者疼痛及生活质量的影响作用。方法：选取 2017年 5月至 2019年 5月期间在我院进行治疗的 66例卵巢囊肿患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各 33例。对照组患者采取常规护理方法，观察组采取认知护理模式。比较两组患者术后疼痛、生活质量。结果：观察组患者术后疼痛程度较对照组轻微，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05） ;观察组患者的术后生活质量高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论：针对卵巢囊肿患者采取有效的术后护理模式利于缓解患者术后疼痛，提高患者生活质量，改善治疗效果。

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of postoperative nursing intervention on pain and quality of life of patients with ovarian cyst. Methods: 66 patients with ovarian cysts who were treated in our hospital from May 2017 to may 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 33 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing methods, while those in the observation group were treated with cognitive nursing mode. The pain and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results: the degree of postoperative pain in the observation group was slightly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and the quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the effective postoperative nursing mode for patients with ovarian cyst is beneficial to relieve the postoperative pain, improve the quality of life and improve the treatment effect.
