摘要
【摘 要】目的：探究全瓷高嵌体用于根管治疗后牙牙体修复的临床效果。方法：收治和选取我院的 106例接受后牙牙体修复的患者作为研究对象，同时根据根管治疗方式的差异分组所有患者为 A组和 B组，两组人员数量分别为 54例和 52例。其中对 B组实施全冠牙根制模修复治疗，而 A组则实施全瓷高嵌体的修复治疗，并对比和分析两组患者治疗后疾病问题的改善效果。结果：经过修复治疗后在临床效果和满意度的比较方面， A组的优良率 96.30%和治疗满意度 98.15%均显著高于 B组的优良率 80.77%和治疗满意度 86.54%。两组患者之间差异显著，具有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论：为患者实施全瓷高嵌体的修复治疗措施进行后牙牙体修复的治疗，临床效果显著，对于患者提升对医护人员工作的满意度也有着积极的帮助。

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the clinical effect of all ceramic high inlay in root canal treatment. Methods: 106 patients in our hospital who received posterior teeth restoration were selected as the research objects. At the same time, all patients were divided into group A and group B according to the difference of root canal treatment. The number of personnel in the two groups was 54 and 52 respectively. Among them, group B was treated with the whole crown and root system, while group A was treated with the all ceramic high inlay, and the improvement effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results: the excellent rate of 96.30% and the satisfactory rate of 98.15% in group A were significantly higher than those of 80.77% and 86.54% in group B. The difference between the two groups was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the clinical effect of all ceramic high inlay restoration for patients with posterior teeth restoration is significant, and it is also helpful for patients to improve the satisfaction of medical staff.
