摘要
摘要：目的：研究并分析护理配合根管治疗对患者舒适度疗效的影响。方法：将 2018年 8月到 2018年 12月在我院口腔科治疗的 64名患者纳入研究对象中，将 64例患者分为舒适护理组和常规护理干预组，对于常规护理干预组，采用一般护理方案、疾病监护并配合心理辅导，对于舒适护理组，在此基础上，为患者提供全程舒适护理干预措施，对比两组疗效和舒适度。结果：舒适护理组在致密度、充填位置以及舒适度上，均优于常规护理干预组，上述数据组间比较差异显著（ p<0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论：在根管治疗术中，采用科学的护理干预措施，可以提高疗效、缩短治疗时间、提高患者治疗的舒适度，该种护理干预措施值得在临床中大力推广。

Abstract: Objective: To study and analyze the effect of nursing combined with root canal therapy on patients' comfort. Methods: 64 patients who were treated in Stomatology Department of our hospital from August 2018 to December 2018 were included in the study object. 64 patients were divided into comfortable nursing group and conventional nursing intervention group. For the conventional nursing intervention group, general nursing plan, disease monitoring and psychological guidance were used. For the comfortable nursing group, on this basis, the whole comfortable nursing intervention measures were provided for the patients Compared with the two groups, the efficacy and comfort. Results: the comfort nursing group was superior to the routine nursing intervention group in density, filling position and comfort degree, the difference between the above data groups was significant (P < 0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: in the root canal therapy, using scientific nursing intervention measures can improve the curative effect, shorten the treatment time, and improve the comfort of patients. This kind of nursing intervention measures is worth promoting in clinical practice.
