摘要
【摘 要】目的：研究整体护理在老年重症哮喘患者中的应用价值。方法：选取 2016年 9月～ 2018年 9月我院收治的 62例重症哮喘患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组（ n=31）和对照组（ n=31）。观察组给予整体护理干预，对照组给予常规护理干预。对比两组患者的护理效果。结果：观察组的各项生命质量评分明显优于对照组（ P<0.05）。结论：整体护理在老年重症哮喘患者中应用具有显著的效果，可以促进患者生命质量的提高，值得推广。

[Abstract] Objective: To study the application value of holistic nursing in elderly patients with severe asthma. Methods: 62 patients with severe asthma admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to September 2018 were randomly divided into observation group (n = 31) and control group (n = 31). The observation group was given holistic nursing intervention, while the control group was given routine nursing intervention. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results: the scores of life quality in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of holistic nursing in the elderly patients with severe asthma has significant effect, can promote the quality of life of patients, and is worthy of promotion.
