摘要
摘要：目的 研究并探讨宫颈病变患者行高频电波刀切除术治疗时围术期的护理效果。方法 此次研究的对象是选择我院接收并行高频电波刀环切术治疗的 62例宫颈病变患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并随机分为两组，行常规护理的 31例为常规组，另行临床护理路径的 31例为观察组，对比两组围术期护理的效果，详细对比指标为：总有效率、总满意度。结果 观察组围术期护理后总有效率、总满意度高于常规组，比较有统计学的意义。结论 开展临床护理路径应用于宫颈病变患者高频电波刀环切术围术期的临床价值确切，值得进一步推广使用。

Abstract: Objective To study and discuss the effect of perioperative nursing in patients with cervical lesions undergoing high frequency radio knife resection. Methods sixty-two patients with cervical lesions who received the treatment of high-frequency radio knife circumcision in our hospital were selected for this study. The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. They were randomly divided into two groups. 31 patients who received routine nursing were in the routine group, and 31 patients who received additional clinical nursing path were in the observation group. The results of perioperative nursing were compared between the two groups. The detailed comparison indexes were: total effective rate and total fullness Meaning. Results the total effective rate and satisfaction of the observation group were higher than that of the routine group, which was statistically significant. Conclusion the application of clinical nursing pathway in the perioperative period of high-frequency radio knife circumcision for patients with cervical lesions is of definite clinical value and worthy of further promotion.
