摘要
【摘 要】目的：探讨优质护理在同期不变换体位胸腔镜下双侧肺大泡切除患者运行效果。方法：回顾性统计分析实施常规护理 20例患者和采用优质护理 20例患者的护理资料，实施常规护理为对照组，实施优质护理为观察组。比较两组患者满意度、拔管时间、住院时间、住院费用、肺不张和肺部感染发生率。结果：观察组患者拔管时间、住院时间、住院费用、肺不张和肺部感染发生率均显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（ p<0.05）。观察组满意率为 90%，对照组满意率为 35%，观察组满意率显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ p<0.05）。结论：对同期不变换体位胸腔镜下双侧肺大泡切除术患者实施优质护理，增加了患者满意度，并有助于提高手术成功率，促进患者康复。

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of high quality nursing on the operation of patients with bilateral bullae resection under thoracoscopy. Methods: the nursing data of 20 patients with routine nursing and 20 patients with high quality nursing were analyzed retrospectively. Routine nursing was the control group and high quality nursing was the observation group. The patients' satisfaction, extubation time, hospitalization time, hospitalization expenses, atelectasis and the incidence of pulmonary infection were compared between the two groups. Results: the rates of extubation time, hospitalization time, hospitalization expenses, atelectasis and pulmonary infection in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 90%, and that of the control group was 35%. The satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the high-quality nursing for the patients with bilateral bullae resection under thoracoscopy without changing body position at the same time can increase the patients' satisfaction, improve the success rate of the operation and promote the rehabilitation of the patients.
