摘要
摘 要：目的 探讨老年不稳定型心绞痛患者接受中医辨证治疗的临床效果，为临床治疗提供参考依据。 方法 选取 2018年 1月～ 2020年 1月我院接收的 58例不稳定型老年心绞痛患者来分析研究，分为对照组和治疗组，各 29例，对照组使用常规治疗，治疗组使用常规治疗联合中药汤剂治疗，两组均治疗 4周，比较其治疗效果。 结果 治疗组的临床治疗有效率比对照组高，差异有统计学差异性（ P<0.05），治疗组心电图改善情况比对照组明显，差异有统计学差异性（ P<0.05）。 结论 中医辨证分型治疗不稳定型老年心绞痛，患者心绞痛发作次数及心电图均改善较大，治疗效果显著，安全可靠。

Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation in elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods 58 patients with unstable angina pectoris received by our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected for analysis and study. They were divided into control group and treatment group, 29 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment, and the treatment group was treated with conventional treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks, and the therapeutic effect was compared. Results the effective rate of clinical treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The improvement of ECG in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion in the treatment of unstable elderly angina pectoris, the number of angina attacks and ECG were improved greatly, the treatment effect was significant, safe and reliable.
