摘要
【摘 要】目的：探析急诊外伤患者护理中应用心理护理的临床效果。方法：将 2018年 1月～ 2019年 1月在我院急诊进行治疗的 78例外伤患者选为研究对象，采用抽签法分为对照组（ n=39）与干预组（ n=39）。对照组实施常规护理，干预组实施心理护理，比较两组护理前后负性情绪评分、护理满意度。结果：干预组护理后焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于对照组，对比差异显著（ P<0.05）。干预组护理满意度为 94.87%，对照组为 79.49%，比较差异显著（ P<0.05）。结论：急诊外伤患者护理中应用心理护理，可显著改善患者负性情绪，提高患者护理满意度。

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the clinical effect of psychological nursing in emergency trauma patients. Methods: 78 trauma patients who were treated in emergency department of our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study objects, and divided into control group (n = 39) and intervention group (n = 39) by the method of drawing lots. Routine nursing was performed in the control group and psychological nursing was performed in the intervention group. Results: the scores of anxiety and depression in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was 94.87%, and that of the control group was 79.49% (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of psychological nursing in the nursing of emergency trauma patients can significantly improve the patients' negative emotions and improve the patients' nursing satisfaction.
