摘要
[摘要 ] 目的 研究糖尿病性慢性肾功能衰竭的血液透析护理干预方法，并分析其应用价值。方法 该次研究对象均选自 2018年 9月— 2020年 2月期间在该院接受治疗的糖尿病性慢性肾功能衰竭患者，共抽选 70例，利用单盲组分组法将所有患者分为两组（对照组与研究组），对照组患者进行常规护理，研究组患者给予综合护理，比较两组患者焦虑与抑郁情绪以及血糖水平的变化。结果 研究组患者在 SAS与 SDS评分的数据，均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05） ;同时，研究组患者的空腹血糖水平明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论 糖尿病性慢性肾功能衰竭患者进行血液透析时应用综合护理干预，能够明显改善患者焦虑与抑郁的情绪，控制患者血糖水平，对患者治疗具有积极意义。

[Abstract] Objective To study the nursing intervention method of hemodialysis in diabetic chronic renal failure and analyze its application value. method The subjects of this study were all selected from the patients with diabetic chronic renal failure who were treated in this hospital from September 2018 to February 2020. A total of 70 patients were selected. All patients were divided into two groups (control group and Study Group) by single blind group grouping method. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing, and the patients in the study group were given comprehensive nursing. The anxiety, depression and blood glucose and water of the two groups were compared Flat change. Results the data of SAS and SDS scores in the study group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and the fasting blood glucose level in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the anxiety and depression of the patients, control the blood glucose level, and have positive significance for the treatment of the patients.
