摘要
【摘要】目的：分析微型钛板内固定对手足部骨折的治疗效果并观察患者的治愈率与治愈时间。方法：选取 2016年 1月至 2019年 6月期间于笔者医院医治手足部骨折的 80例患者，以采取的不同手术方法为分组依据，将其分为采取微型钛板内固定治疗的研究组、采取钢丝骨间结扎内固定治疗的对照组，每组 40例。组间对比治愈率、骨折愈合时间、住院时间、并发症发生率。结果：研究组治愈率高达 100%，比对照组的 65%高得多 ;其并发症发生率为 7.5%，比对照组的 27.5%低得多 ;并且研究组骨折愈合时间、住院时间也比对照组短，差异均存在统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论：微型钛板内固定对手足部骨折有显著治疗效果，该方法不仅治愈率高、并发症发生率低，还可以使患者在较短的时间内骨折愈合、出院，其临床应用价值非常显著。

[Abstract] Objective: to analyze the therapeutic effect of mini titanium plate internal fixation on hand and foot fractures, and observe the cure rate and cure time of patients. Methods: from January 2016 to June 2019, 80 patients with hand and foot fractures in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to different surgical methods, 40 cases in each group. The cure rate, fracture healing time, hospitalization time and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results: the cure rate of the study group was as high as 100%, much higher than 65% of the control group; the incidence of complications was 7.5%, much lower than 27.5% of the control group; and the fracture healing time and hospitalization time of the study group were also shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: mini titanium plate internal fixation has a significant therapeutic effect on hand and foot fractures. This method not only has high cure rate and low complication rate, but also can make the fracture heal and discharge in a short time. Its clinical application value is very significant.
