摘要 Anewpiezoelectricpumpcanpumpliquideitherforwardorbackwardandadjusttheflowrate.Thusanobjectcanbedrivenforwardorbackwardatdifferentspeeds.Thedriverofthepump,acircularpiezoelectricplate,ismodelledbyFiniteElementMethod(FEM)inANSYSanditsperformanceissimulatedandanalyzed.Thepumpgivesthebestperformancewhenthedrivingsignalsoftheinletandoutletvalveshaveabiggerdutycycleandtheplatehasahighervoltageapplied.
