摘要
Amethodwasdevelopedtorealizequalityevaluationoneveryweld-spotinresistancespotweldingbasedoninformationprocessingofartificialintelligent.Firstly,thesignalsofweldingcurrentandweldingvoltage,asinformationsource,weresynchronouslycollected.Inputpoweranddynamicresistancewereselectedasmonitoringwaveforms.Eightcharacteristicparametersrelatingtoweldqualitywereextractedfromthemonitoringwaveforms.Secondly,tensile-shearstrengthofthespot-weldedjointwasemployedasevaluatingtargetofweldquality.Throughcorrelationanalysisbetweeneverytwoparametersofcharacteristicvector,fivecharacteristicparameterswerereasonablyselectedtofoundamappingmodelofweldqualityestimation.Atlast,themodelwasrealizedbymeansofthealgorithmsofRadialBasicFunctionneuralnetworkandsamplematrixes.Theresultsshowedvalidationsbyasatisfactioninevaluatingweldqualityofmildsteeljointon-lineinspotweldingprocess.
