摘要 TosolvetheproblemsoftheAMR-WB+(ExtendedAdaptiveMulti-Rate-WideBand)semi-open-loopcodingmodeselectionalgorithm,featuresforACELP(AlgebraicCodeExcitedLinearPrediction)andTCX(TransformCodedeXcitation)classificationareinvestigated.11classifyingfeaturesintheAMR-WB+codecareselectedand2novelclassifyingfeatures,i.e.,EFM(EnergyFlatnessMeasurement)andstdEFM(standarddeviationofEFM),areproposed.Consequently,anovelsemi-open-loopmodeselectionalgorithmbasedonEFMandselectedAMR-WB+featuresisproposed.TheresultsofclassifyingtestandlisteningtestshowthattheperformanceofthenovelalgorithmismuchbetterthanthatoftheAMR-WB+semi-open-loopcodingmodeselectionalgorithm.
