摘要:新教师承担班主任一职,既是初登职场的一次机遇也是一种挑战。拥有科任教师身份的同时,亦要把握班主任身份。迅速构建班主任身份,于整个班级管理而言尤为重要。本文将围绕班主任自我身份、职业身份及关联身份探析新教师班主任身份的建构。
