摘要 AdoubleimmunocytochemicalstainingmethodwasusedtodemonstrateHBsAgandHBcAgsimultaneouslyinthesamesectionsof58hepatocellularcarcinomas.SeveraltumorcellscontainedbothHBsAgandHBcAg.TheseresultsdemonstratethathepatitisBvirus(HBV)DNAintumorcellscansimultaneouslyexpressbothHBsAgandHBcAgandsuggesttheproductionofacompletevirusbythesecells.CytoplasmicmembranousHBcAgwasfoundnotonlyinwelldifferentiatedhepatocellularcarcinomabutalsoinmoderateandpoorlydifferentiatedhepatocellularcarcinoma.ThelocalizationofHBcAgintumorcellsappearstobethesameasthatofsurroundingnontumorouslivertissue.
