摘要
Enterovesicalfistulasarenotuncommoninpatientswithinflammatoryormalignantcolonicdisease,however,fistulassecondarytoprimarybladdercarcinomasareextremelyrare.Wehereinreportedapatientpresentingwithintractableurinarytractinfectionduetoenterovesicalfistulaformationcausedbyasquamouscellcarcinomaoftheurinarybladder.Thispatientunderwentenblocresectionofthebladderdomeandinvolvedileum,andrecovereduneventfullywithouturinarycomplaint.Tothebestofourknowledge,thisisthefirstcasereportedintheliterature.
