摘要 Basedontheconceptofecosystemcarryingcapacity,theindicatorsystemofquantitativeassessmentwassetup,whichconsistedofsupportindicatorsystemandpressureindicatorsystem.Andthefactoranalysismethodwasusedtoscreentheindicatorsystem.Differentfromthetraditionalindicatorweightdeterminationbasedontheabsolutevaluesofthecoefficientsofregressionequation,thesquaresoffactorloadingsintherotatedcomponentmatrixwereattemptedtodeterminetheweightsof40assessmentindicators.TheresultshowsthatecologicalsupportsystemandpressuresysteminBinhaiNewAreaarerelativelybalancedamongsixyears,andthedevelopinglevelofurbanecosystemisbasicallyhealthyonthewhole.However,duetocontinuouslyincreasingpressureoftheresourcesconsumptioncausedbytherapidgrowthofthesecondindustry,whichistheLeadingIndustryofBinhaiNewArea,theecosystemcarryingcapacityreachedtheminimumin2005.
