Hybrid Modified Rubber Powder and Its Application in Cement Mortar

摘要 Thisresearchfocusedonusingthewasterubberpowderasakindofregenerateresourcestoimprovethemechanicalpropertiesofcementmortar.ThetwokindsofhybridmodifiedrubberpowderTRPandATRPwerepreparedbysol-gelmethodandthenusedincementmortar.Thestructuresandpropertiesofthemwerestudied.ItisshownthatthenanoSi-O-SinetworkisgeneratedinTRPandATRPnetworksandthehydrophilicgroupisgraftedonthesurfaceofATRP.Themechanicalpropertiesofrubber-treatedmortar(RTM)weretestedandthemicrostructuresofthemwerealsostudied.Comparedtothemortarswithunmodifiedrubberpowders(RP),NaOHtreatedrubberpowder(SRP)andcouplingagenttreatedrubberpowder(CRP),theRTMwithATRPhasthehighestcompressivestrengthandflexuralstrength.Thestress-straincurvesshownthatthepeakofstressofRTMwithATRPisincreasedandindicatedthehighercompressiondeformationandtoughness.ItisfoundthattheinterfacialadhesionbetweentheATRPandcementmortarisincreaseddistinctlybySEM,whichresultsinenhancedductilityandmechanicalpropertiesofRTMwithATRP.
