简介：　　【摘要】 目的 对支气管扩张进行中医治疗的临床疗效的分析。方法 资料选自 2017年 6月—— 2019年 12月在本院诊治的支气管扩张的患者 172例，将患者分为 2组，每组 86例，研究组运用中医方案，对照组运用西医方案，对两组进行临床观察。结果 研究组与对照组比较中，研究组的显效 52例（ 60.47%），总有效率为 90.70%；对照组的显效 35例（ 40.70%），总有效率为 72.10%。研究组的临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，两组的数据相比较有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论 采用中医治疗支气管扩张，具有治愈率高、方便简单等特点，值得在临床上推广与应用。  　　【关键词】 中医；支气管扩张；临床；疗效  　　 [Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of bronchiectasis. Methods 172 patients with bronchiectasis who were treated in our hospital from June 2017 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups, 86 cases in each group. The study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine scheme, and the control group was treated with western medicine scheme. Results compared with the control group, 52 cases (60.47%) were markedly effective in the study group, and the total effective rate was 90.70% in the study group; 35 cases (40.70%) in the control group were markedly effective, and the total effective rate was 72.10%. The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion the treatment of bronchiectasis with traditional Chinese medicine has the characteristics of high cure rate, convenience and simplicity, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
