简介：【摘要】目的：分析常规监测与目标监测在采血室环境卫生消毒效果。方法：在 2017年 1月 -2017年 12月采血室环境卫生消毒监测中采用常规监测方法，并统计采血室空气、采血人员手部以及相关器械表面消毒质量，于 2018年 1月 -2018年 12月实施目标监测法，并比较 2018年与 2017年在上述指标方面的差异。结果： 2017年各指标合格率明显高于 2018年（ P<0.05）。结论：常规监测在采血室环境卫生消毒效果监测中的应用价值低于目标监测法，因此可将目标监测在采血室环境卫生管理中推广应用，有助于提高卫生消毒效果监测的真实性，从而保障采血质量以及献血者的健康安全。  　　【关键词】常规监测；目标监测；采血室环境卫生消毒效果  　 [Abstract] Objective: to analyze the effect of routine monitoring and target monitoring on environmental sanitation and disinfection in blood collection room. Methods: the routine monitoring method was used in the monitoring of environmental sanitation and disinfection in the blood collection room from January 2017 to December 2017, and the disinfection quality of the air, hands of blood collection personnel and the surface of related devices in the blood collection room was counted. The target monitoring method was implemented from January 2018 to December 2018, and the differences in the above indicators between 2018 and 2017 were compared. Results: the qualified rate of each index in 2017 was significantly higher than that in 2018 (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application value of routine monitoring is lower than that of target monitoring in the monitoring of environmental sanitation and disinfection effect in blood collection room, so the target monitoring can be popularized in the management of environmental sanitation in blood collection room, which is helpful to improve the authenticity of monitoring of sanitation and disinfection effect, so as to ensure the quality of blood collection and the health and safety of blood donors.
