简介：【摘要】 目的 观察自拟蠲痹化湿汤对寒湿型类风湿关节炎女性患者临床疗效。方法 选取2019年9月－2020年9月我院收治的寒湿型类风湿关节炎女性患者共80例，划分为观察组、参照组，各40例。参照组应用常规治疗，观察组在前者基础上应用自拟蠲痹化湿汤。对比两组患者的临床效果、不良反应。结果 两组患者临床效果比较存在差异，观察组高于参照组，差异明显（P＜0.05）。两组不良反应率比较不存在显著差异（P＞0.05）。结论 自拟蠲痹化湿汤治疗寒湿型类风湿关节炎效果理想，且不良反应较少，具有大力推广的价值。

简介：　　摘要：目的 观察健肾丸治疗脾肾阳虚型慢性肾小球肾炎临床疗效。方法 选择 2018年 12月～ 2019年 1月我院收治的脾肾阳虚型慢性肾小球肾炎患者 100例为临床研究对象，随机分为中西治疗组和西医治疗组两组，每组 50例。西医治疗组用双嘧达膜片、贝那普利、雷公藤多苷片等西药治疗，中西治疗组在此基础上结合健肾丸治疗，观察两组的治疗效果、实验指标改善情况和不良反应。结果 中西治疗组患者的治疗总效果明显高于西医治疗组，两组数据对比，统计学软件显示参数有明显差异 P<0.05。中西治疗组患者的用药不良现象跟西医治疗组相似，两组数据对比，差异不明显， P>0.05，无统计学意义。中西治疗组患者肾功能指标改善明显优于西医治疗组，两组数据对比，统计学软件显示参数有明显差异 P<0.05。结论 健肾丸对脾肾阳虚型慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效显著，有利于促进患者肾功能的改善，且不会增加不良现象，值得推广。  　　关键词：健肾丸；脾肾阳虚型；慢性肾小球肾炎；临床疗效；评价  　 Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jianshen Pill on chronic glomerulonephritis of spleen kidney yang deficiency type. Methods from December 2018 to January 2019, 100 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis of spleen kidney yang deficiency type were selected as the clinical research objects, and randomly divided into two groups: the Chinese and Western treatment group and the western medicine treatment group, with 50 cases in each group. The western medicine treatment group was treated with dipyridamole, benazepril, Tripterygium glycoside tablets and other Western medicine. On this basis, the western medicine treatment group was treated with Jianshen pill to observe the therapeutic effect, improvement of experimental indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups. Results the total therapeutic effect of the Chinese and Western treatment group was significantly higher than that of the western treatment group. The data of the two groups were compared, and the statistical software showed that the parameters were significantly different (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P > 0.05). The improvement of renal function index in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the western medicine treatment group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion the clinical effect of Jianshen Pill on chronic glomerulonephritis with deficiency of spleen and kidney yang is significant, which is beneficial to improve the renal function of the patients, and will not increase the adverse phenomena, and it is worth popularizing.
