简介：摘要目的探讨短信平台在市级保健机构母婴健康教育延续服务管理中应用效果.方法选取２０１３年６－７月在市级某保健机构分娩的２００名产妇为研究对象,其中未实行短信健康教育服务的１００例产妇为对照组,实行短信健康教育服务的１００名产妇为实验组.对照组接受传统的护理服务模式,观察组接受短信健康教育延续护理服务模式.以医院网络信息系统为依托,建立短信平台,定制健康教育短信内容;将妇幼一卡通信息系统内住院分娩的产妇信息导入短信平台系统存储,系统自动生成短信,按照预定时间分阶段在分娩７天、１５天、３０天、４２天、９０天、１２０天、１８０天对产妇发送健康教育短信息.分娩３５天、４５天、１８０天对研究对象通过成都市妇幼一卡通平台记录进行资料收集汇总,分析产妇产褥期异常情况、新生儿健康状况、产妇对母婴保健知识的掌握情况.１７９天对产妇进行满意度调查,了解产妇对医院利用短信平台开展延续护理管理模式的满意度.结果观察组产妇对医院利用短信平台开展延续护理服务满意度为９８％,对照组对医院护理服务满意度为９０％;产妇产褥期异常、新生儿不良反应发生率低于对照组;产妇对产褥期保健及新生儿护理方面的知识掌握程度均优于对照组,具有统计学差异(P＜０．０５).结论短信平台在市级保健机构母婴健康教育延续服务管理中应用研究适应于临床,具有推广意义.关键词短信平台;母婴;健康教育;延续服务;应用SMSplatfoemusedinmunicipalhealthcareformmothertochildcontinuedservicemanagementresearchKongJianhong,WangQun,ZhangJianxun(ChongCityPeople＇sHospitalObstetrics,SichuanChongzhou,６１１２３０)AbstractobjectiveToexploretheapplicationeffectofSMSplatforminthemanagementofhealtheducationformaternalandchildhealtheducationinmuＧnicipalhealthinstitutions．MethodsSelectionof２００womenwhoweredeliveredbyahealthinstitutioninthemunicipallevelin２０１３６－７werestudied,Amongthe１００casesofmaternalhealtheducationservice,thecontrolgroupwasthecontrolgroup,１００maternalhealtheducationservicesfortheexperimentalgroup．Thecontrolgroupreceivedthetraditionalnursingservicemodel,ObservationgroupreceivedSMShealtheducationextendedcareservicemodel．BasedonthehosＧpitalnetworkinformationsystem,theestablishmentoftheSMSplatform,customizedhealtheducationmessagecontent;MaternalandchildinformationsystemwithinthehospitaldeliverymaternalinformationintotheSMSplatformsystem,thesystemautomaticallygeneratetextmessages,Accordingtothescheduledtimeofdeliveryin７days,１５days,３０days,４２days,９０days,１２０days,１８０daystosendahealtheducation．Delivery３５days,４５days,１８０daysofresearchobＧjectbyChengdumaternalandchildcardplatformtorecorddatacollectionandanalysisofmaternalandchildhealthknowledgemasteringthepuerperalwomenabＧnormalitiesandneonatalhealthstatus,maternal．１７９daysonthematernalsatisfactionsurvey,tounderstandthematernalhospitaluseSMSplatformtocarryoutthecontinuationofnursingmanagementmodeofsatisfaction．ResultsObservationgroup,maternalhospitalusingSMSplatformtocarryoutthecontinuenursingservicesatisfactionrateof９８％,controlgroupofnursingservicesatisfactionwas９０％;abnormalpuerperalwomenandneonataladversereactionoccurredwaslowerthanthatofthecontrolgroup;maternalknowledgeofpuerperiumhealthcareandneonatalnursingmasterdegreeweresuperiortothecontrolgroup,withstatisticallysignificantdifference(P＜０．０５)．ConclusionSMSplatforminthehealtheducationofmaternalandchildhealtheducationinthemunicipalhealthcareinstituKtieoynswtoordasdapttotheapplicationofresearchtoclinical,hasthepromotionsignificance．SMSplatform;motherandchild;Healtheducation;Extendedservice;Application中图分类号R１９３．２文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－０８０３－０２
