简介:Apracticalmethodforcomputingtheone-wayrectangularorthotropicplate(isotropicplateasaspecialcase)issuggestedinthispaper.Thesupportedcondi-tionsintwooppositeedgesmaybesimplysupported,continuousorsupportednonsymmetricallyandtheothertwooppositeedgesareslide-supportedorfree.Aseriesofsimplifiedformulasaregivenforcalculatingthebendingmomentsalongthecrosssection(loadedsection),inwhichtheactingpointoftheconcentratedloadorthecenterofarec-tangularuniformloadislocated.Thevalidrangeandaccuracyoftheseformulaswerestud-iedandtheapproximateresultswereexaminedandcomparedextensivelywiththosebythetriangularseriessolutionorfiniteelementmethod.
