简介：　　摘要：目的 应用新型骨折内固定器材对实施骨折内固定术的患者进行术中配合，并予以术后护理，观察临床治疗效果。方法 按照随机抽取法将患者分为对照组与观察组，其中对照组患者在实施骨折内固定术的过程中未进行护理配合，观察组患者在实施骨折内固定术的过程中进行术中护理配合以及术后护理配合，对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组患者术后并发症发生率明显较低，提高了患者的临床治疗质量，两组数据对比存在差异性，具有统计学意义， P<0.05。结论 对对患者实施骨折内固定术时不仅应该改进手术方式以及完善治疗方案，也应该进行临床护理，从生物力学等方面降低并发症的发生率。  　　关键词：骨折内固定术；术中配合；术后护理；探讨  Abstract: objective to apply the new type of fracture internal fixation equipment to the patients with fracture internal fixation, and to provide postoperative care, and observe the clinical treatment effect. Methods patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random sampling method. Patients in the control group did not have nursing cooperation during the implementation of internal fixation of fractures. Patients in the observation group had nursing cooperation during the implementation of internal fixation of fractures and postoperative nursing cooperation, and compared the nursing effect of the two groups. Results the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower and the quality of clinical treatment was improved. There was a statistical difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion in order to reduce the incidence of complications, we should not only improve the operation mode and treatment plan, but also carry out clinical nursing.
