简介: [摘要 ] 目的 分析二甲双胍治疗奥氮平所致精神分裂症患者体质量增加及糖脂代谢紊乱的临床疗效。方法 方便选取 2018年 5月— 2020年 4月在该院接受治疗的精神分裂患者共 58例分為分析组和比照组,比照组应用奥氮平进行治疗,分析组在此基础上联合应用二甲双胍进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的体质量以及糖脂代谢情况。结果 治疗 12周后,分析组患者的体质量指数( BMI)为( 21.22±3.38) kg/m2,比照组为( 26.04±4.25) kg/m2,组间差异有统计学意义( t=4.780, P=0.000) ;分析组的空腹血糖( FBG)为( 4.71±0.85) mmol/L,比照组为( 5.83±1.13) mmol/L,组间差异有统计学意义( t=4.270, P=0.000) ;同时分析组的三酰甘油( TG)、总胆固醇( TC)、低密度脂蛋白( LDL)、高密度脂蛋白( HDL)均显著低于比照组,组间差异有统计学意义( t=6.940、 4.500、 4.320、 6.790, P<0.05)。结论 二甲双胍治疗奥氮平所致精神分裂症患者体质量增加及糖脂代谢紊乱的临床疗效肯定。 [关键词 ] 二甲双胍 ;奥氮平 ;精神分裂 ;糖脂代谢紊乱 [Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of metformin in the treatment of schizophrenia patients with olanzapine. Methods a total of 58 schizophrenic patients in our hospital from May 2018 to April 2020 were selected and divided into the analysis group and the control group. The comparison group was treated with olanzapine, and the analysis group was treated with metformin on the basis of olanzapine. The body mass and glucose and lipid metabolism of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results after 12 weeks of treatment, the body mass index (BMI) of the analysis group was (21.22 ± 3.38) kg / m2, and that of the control group was (26.04 ± 4.25) kg / m2 (t = 4.780, P = 0.000); the fasting blood glucose (FBG) of the analysis group was (4.71 ± 0.85) mmol / L, and that of the control group was (5.83 ± 1.13) mmol / L, the difference was statistically significant (t = 4.270, P = 0.000); Meanwhile, triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein (LDL) and high density lipoprotein (HDL) in the analysis group were significantly lower than those in the control group (t = 6.940, 4.500, 4.320, 6.790, P < 0.05). Conclusion metformin is effective in the treatment of schizophrenia caused by olanzapine.
简介:【摘 要】目的:探讨喹诺酮类药物的临床应用情况,为临床用药提供指导。方法:采用回顾性分析法,选取某院 350例使用喹诺酮类药物进行消炎抗菌治疗的患者作为研究对象,统计患者用药的合理情况、不良反应情况。结果:患者治疗过程中采用了多种喹诺酮类药物,如诺氟沙星、氧氟沙星、左氧氟沙星、环丙沙星等。患者用药期间不合理用药的发生概率为 6.9%,患者不良反应的发生概率为 10.3%。结论:喹诺酮类药物是一种光谱抗菌类药物,具有较好的消炎抗菌效果,但患者在临床应用该药物的过程中,应充分考虑其治疗疗效、不良反应等,再进行合理用药,以提升对该药物的使用效率,加快对病症的治疗。
