简介：　　 [摘要 ] 目的 探讨金属基质蛋白酶 MMP-2、 MMP-9及其抑制因子 TIMP-2、 TIMP-1在非黑色素性皮肤癌中的表达。 方法 取皮肤癌手术切除标本 40份，进行免疫组化检测 MMP-2、 MMP-9及其抑制因子 TIMP-2、 TIMP-1的表达。 结果 MMP-2、 MMP-9在非黑色素皮肤癌中的表达的阳性率、染色强度、表达强度均显著高于正常皮肤。 TIMP-2、 TIMP-1在非黑色素皮肤癌中的表达的阳性率、染色强度、表达强度均显著低于正常皮肤。 结论 基质金属蛋白酶（ MMP）在非黑色素性皮肤癌中呈高表达，基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子呈低表达，两者比例失衡与皮肤癌的浸润和转移有关。  　　 [关键词 ] 皮肤癌； MMP-2； MMP-9； TIMP-2； TIMP-1  [Abstract] Objective To investigate the expression of MMP-2, MMP-9 and TIMP-2, TIMP-1 in non melanoma skin cancer. Methods the expressions of MMP-2, MMP-9, TIMP-2 and TIMP-1 were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results the positive rate, staining intensity and expression intensity of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in non melanoma skin cancer were significantly higher than those in normal skin. The positive rate, staining intensity and expression intensity of TIMP-2 and TIMP-1 in non melanoma skin cancer were significantly lower than those in normal skin. Conclusion high expression of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) and low expression of tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase (TIMP) in non melanoma skin cancer. The imbalance of matrix metalloproteinase and tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase is related to the invasion and metastasis of skin cancer.
