简介：　　【摘要】目的：对比直接药敏检验与常规药敏检验在临床血液细菌检验与鉴定中的应用价值。方法：选择我院 2016年 6月～ 2018年 6月接收治疗的发热合并全身感染的患者 300例，以无菌操作对所有患者在发热或感染的高峰期时采集阳性血液标本 300份，并对每份样品同时进行两种方法的鉴定。分析两种检测方法的细茵鉴定结果及药敏性。结果：在菌种检出率中，肠杆菌属的检出率最高，而在细菌抗生素敏感度的检出符合率的比较中，运用两种方法的药敏检验结果总的符合率高。结论：直接药敏检验具有多重优势，值得在临床上加以广泛应用和推广。  　　【关键词】细菌鉴定；血液检验  [Abstract] Objective: To compare the application value of direct drug sensitivity test and routine drug sensitivity test in clinical blood bacterial test and identification. Methods: 300 patients with fever and systemic infection who were treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected. 300 positive blood samples were collected from all patients at the peak of fever or infection by aseptic operation, and each sample was identified by two methods at the same time. The identification results and drug sensitivity of the two methods were analyzed. Results: the detection rate of Enterobacteriaceae was the highest among the bacteria, and the results of the two methods were consistent with each other. Conclusion: the direct drug sensitivity test has multiple advantages and is worthy of wide application and promotion in clinical practice.
