[Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of time management rehabilitation on the limb motor function of stroke hemiplegia patients. Methods: from June 2018 to June 2019, 120 stroke hemiplegia patients in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into study group and control group according to the form of admission single and double number, 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated according to the conventional drugs and rehabilitation exercise methods. The study group made the corresponding treatment and rehabilitation plan according to the influence of time on the development of the disease, that is, 24 hours after the onset or the condition was stable At the same time, we should carry out early rehabilitation training, put good limbs on the bed, exercise the limbs actively and passively, and exercise the upper and lower limbs in the best stage of stroke patients' exercise recovery. The training method and range should be based on the patients' own condition, with the participation of the attending physician and rehabilitation medical students, and guide their families to carry out the training together, and the limbs at the time of admission, treatment for one month and five months should be treated The motor function and the ability of daily living were assessed by the upper and lower extremities and the modified Barthel index rating scale. The balance function was assessed by the Berg balance scale. Results: before and after treatment, the effects of the two groups were significantly improved (P < 0.05), but the results of the two groups were significantly better than that of the control group. ( P<0.05)。 Conclusion: time management can improve the motor function of upper and lower limbs, balance ability and life quality of stroke patients.
