简介：　【摘 要】目的：研究老年性脑梗死护理中优质化服务的应用效果。方法：选择我院 2017年 2月～ 2019年 8月收治的 72例老年性脑梗死患者为研究对象，随机将 72例患者分成对照组（ n=36，应用常规护理方式）与观察组（ n=36，应用优质化护理服务），对比 2组护理效果。结果：观察组护理优良率 91.67%高于对照组 75%（ P<0.05）；观察组护理满意度 97.22%高于对照组 80.56%， 2组差异具有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论：老年性脑梗死护理中增加优质化服务可以提高护理优良率和护理满意度。  　　【关键词】老年性脑梗死；护理；优质化服务；应用效果  [Abstract] Objective: To study the application effect of quality service in the nursing of senile cerebral infarction. Methods: 72 patients with senile cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects. 72 patients were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 36, using conventional nursing methods) and observation group (n = 36, using high-quality nursing services). The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results: the excellent rate of nursing in the observation group was 91.67% higher than 75% in the control group (P < 0.05); the satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 97.22% higher than 80.56% in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: increasing high quality service in the nursing of senile cerebral infarction can improve the rate of excellent nursing and the satisfaction of nursing.
