简介：　　【摘 要】目的：探究急性重症胰腺炎并发 ARDS在 ICU中的综合治疗效果及其意义。方法：本研究选取了于 2018年 7月～ 2019年 7月收治的 120例急性重症胰腺炎并发 ARDS患者作为研究对象，观察组 70例患者，对照组 50例患者，对照组采取 ICU常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上采取 ICU综合治疗，对比两组患者治疗后的身体机能情况以及各项指标。结果：观察组的治疗效果明显显著高于对照组，两组患者比较差异具有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论：在急性重症胰腺炎并发 ARDS患者常规治疗上使用 ICU综合治疗，疗效显著，宜广泛应用和推广。  　　【关键词】急性重症胰腺炎； ARDS； ICU；综合治疗  [Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect and significance of comprehensive treatment of ARDS in ICU. Methods: in this study, 120 patients with acute severe pancreatitis complicated with ARDS who were admitted from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects. 70 patients in the observation group, 50 patients in the control group, and the control group were treated with conventional treatment in ICU. The observation group was treated with comprehensive treatment in ICU on the basis of the control group. The physical functions and indicators of the two groups were compared after treatment. Results: the therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the comprehensive treatment of ICU in the routine treatment of severe acute pancreatitis complicated with ARDS is effective and should be widely used and popularized.
