简介：　　摘要：目的 研究分析护理干预对老年心绞痛患者的心理状态的影响。方法 此次研究的对象是选择 2018年 3月～ 2020年 3月本院收治的 118例老年心绞痛患者，将其临床及护理干预资料进行回顾性分析，并按护理方案分为对照组及观察组，其中对照组（ 60例）予以常规护理，观察组（ 58例）在常规护理基础上行护理干预，对照两组老年高血压患者血压及并发症的情况。结果 治疗后，观察组患者抑郁量表及焦虑表评分均低于对照组，两组患者护理后，观察组患者的卧床时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组，两组间差异具有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论 对老年心绞痛患者进行护理干预可有效改善老年心绞痛患者的抑郁心理及焦虑情绪。  　　关键词：老年；心绞痛；护理干预；心理状态  　 Abstract: Objective To study and analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the psychological state of elderly patients with angina pectoris. method The object of this study is to select 118 cases of elderly patients with angina pectoris in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020. The clinical and nursing intervention data were retrospectively analyzed, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the nursing scheme. The control group (60 cases) was given routine nursing care, and the observation group (58 cases) was given nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing, and the control group was given nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing Blood pressure and complications. Results after treatment, the scores of depression scale and anxiety scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. After nursing, the bed time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion nursing intervention on elderly patients with angina pectoris can effectively improve the depression and anxiety of elderly patients with angina pectoris.
