简介:大庆龙南医院 163000 [摘要 ] 目的 探究细节管理模式在消毒供应室护理管理中的应用效果。 方法 选取该院不同时间段的医护人员划分为 2组,分别为对照组( 2018年 1月— 2019年 1月)与观察组( 2019年 2月— 2020年 2月),回顾性分析消毒供应室内存在的管理问题,并于 2019年 2月开始实施细节管理模式,对比两组医护人员对消毒供应室的临床满意度与护理质量评价情况。 结果 观察组医护人员对消毒供应室的包装满意度评分、回收满意度评分、服务满意度评分、发放满意度评分与安全识别能力评分、风险防范意识评分、服务意识评分均明显优于对照组( P<0.05)。 结论 在消毒供应室中实施细节管理模式可以提升临床各科室的满意度,提升消毒供应室的护理质量。 [关键词 ] 细节管理模式;消毒供应室;护理管理 [Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of detail management mode in nursing management of disinfection supply room. method The medical staff in different periods of time in our hospital were divided into two groups, the control group (January 2018 - January 2019) and the observation group (February 2019 - February 2020). The management problems in the disinfection and supply room were retrospectively analyzed, and the detailed management model was implemented in February 2019. The clinical satisfaction and nursing quality evaluation of the two groups of medical staff were compared 。 Results the scores of packaging satisfaction, recovery satisfaction, service satisfaction, distribution satisfaction and safety identification ability, risk prevention awareness and service awareness of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion the implementation of detail management mode in the disinfection and supply room can improve the satisfaction of clinical departments and improve the nursing quality of disinfection and supply room.
