简介: [摘要 ]目的:探究尿液分析仪潜血检验与显微镜红细胞计数检验方法在尿液潜血检验中的效果。方法:此次研究的对象是选择 2018年 1月~ 12月,医院门诊以及住院进行尿液检验的患者 1042例,来源于门诊、肾内科、泌尿外科、内分泌科等科室,均进行尿分析检查以及尿沉渣镜检,以镜检作为诊断“金标准”。结果: 1042例患者,尿镜检查其中阳性 458例,阴性 584例,尿分析仪检查敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性阴性预测值、符合率分别为 100.00%、 90.41%、 89.11%、 100.00%、 94.63%, kappa检验系数 k=.94,属于高度一致,尿分析仪与镜检结果分布 +、 ++、 +++均存在不一致情况,尿分析检查阴性结果高于尿沉渣镜检差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论:尿液分析仪检查存在误漏诊情况,特别是若阳性的患者,可能误诊为阴性,需建立合适的抽检、报警规则,提高复查的水平,合理进行镜检,避免误漏诊。 [关键词 ]尿液潜血;尿液分析仪;显微镜红细胞计数 [Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of the method of occult blood test of urine analyzer and red blood cell count test of microscope in occult blood test of urine. Methods: from January to December 2018, 1042 outpatients and inpatients from outpatient department, nephrology department, urology department, endocrinology department and other departments were selected for urinalysis and urinary sediment microscopy, with microscopy as the "gold standard" for diagnosis. Results: among 1042 patients, 458 were positive and 584 were negative. The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and coincidence rate of urine analyzer were 100.00%, 90.41%, 89.11%, 100.00% and 94.63% respectively. Kappa test coefficient k =. 94 was highly consistent. The distribution of urine analyzer and microscopic test results were inconsistent. The negative results were significantly higher than those of urinary sediment microscopy (P < 0.05). Conclusion: there are misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis in urine analyzer, especially in the case of positive patients, which may be misdiagnosed as negative. It is necessary to establish appropriate sampling and alarm rules, improve the level of reexamination, reasonably carry out microscopic examination, and avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
简介:摘要:优秀的无人化工程机械是未来基建的基石,目前我国的无人化工程机械正处于从“有人”到“无人”的关键转换结点。正确把握无人化工程机械用户的需求,深入细化完善工程机械的无人化功能,在设计的基础上保证其可靠性与效能,是无人化工程机械设计研发的关键。本文对无人化工程机械的形态、功能与无人化系统进行了研究,结合功实际工程施工作业场景分析现有无人化工程机械的基本问题,探索符合用户需求的设计思路与方法。通过整理国内外无人化工程机械现状,结合用户研究与情境分析总结,提出了高可靠性、适应用户需求、提供良好用户体验的无人化工程机械设计目标,并对产品功能进行了分级。基于此完成无人化工程机械产品设计实践。
简介: [摘要 ] 目的 研究分析尿红细胞平均体积( MCV)在血尿定位检验中的应用情况,为以后“肾小球性”及“非肾小球性”血尿的鉴别诊断提供参考。方法 采用全自动血球分析仪,对肾小球性血尿患者和非肾小球性血尿患者的尿 MCV分别进行测定,比较两组患者的 MCV测定结果。结果 经过测定和统计,肾小球性血尿患者的尿 MCV的平均值为 65.6fl,非肾小球性血尿患者的尿 MCV值为 92.4fl,两组数据经比较,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论 通过测定患者的尿红细胞平均体积尿 MCV值 [1],可以准确、灵敏地对“肾小球性”及“非肾小球性”血尿进行鉴别,能作为血尿定位检验的重要指标,值得在临床上进行推广和使用。 [关键词 ] 尿红细胞平均体积;血尿定位;应用 [Abstract] Objective To study and analyze the application of mean corpuscular volume (MCV) in the localization of hematuria, so as to provide a reference for the differential diagnosis of "renal glomerular" and "non renal glomerular" hematuria. Methods the urine MCV of glomerular hematuria patients and non glomerular hematuria patients were measured by automatic blood cell analyzer, and the results of MCV were compared between the two groups. Results the mean value of urinary MCV was 65.6fl in patients with glomerular hematuria and 92.4fl in patients without glomerular hematuria. Conclusion by measuring the mean volume of urine MCV of patients, we can accurately and sensitively distinguish "renal glomerular" and "non renal glomerular" hematuria, which can be used as an important index for localization test of hematuria, and it is worth popularizing and using in clinic.

简介:【摘要】目的:探讨血常规标本临检前混匀静置时间对检验结果的影响。方法:从2021~02至2022~02这一年中,于我院接受血常规检验的患者,随机选取69例进行研究,分别检验临检前混匀静置10min、0.5h、1h及2h的血常规指标。结果:患者的WBC、RBC、Hb及HCT指标,静置10min、0.5h、1h及2h的比值差异无统计学意义,P>0.05,而患者的PLT指标,随着静置时间延长而升高,P<0.05,但在1h与2h时指标差异不大,P>0.05。结论:血常规标本临检前混匀静置时间,对检验结果具有一定的影响,建议临床合理控制静置时间,保障检验结果的准确、有效。
简介:【摘要】目的 分析血清甲状腺激素、血清C肽、糖化血红蛋白联合检验在2型糖尿病检测中的应用效果。方法 选择从2019年9月-2022年4月在我院接受临床治疗的2型糖尿病患者40例为B组,选择同期接受健康体检者40例为D组,B组及D组均实行血清甲状腺激素、血清C肽、糖化血红蛋白联合检验,对比分析B组及D组指标差异。结果 B组患者糖化血红蛋白更高,餐前血清、餐后1小时血清C肽更低,B组及D组血清C肽、糖化血红蛋白有统计学意义(P0.05);B组游离三碘甲腺原氨酸低于D组,而B组游离TH高于D组,B组及D组游离三碘甲腺原氨酸、游离TH有统计学意义(P
