简介:Inthepresentpaper,anonlinearmulti“actuatordisk”modelisproposedtoanalyzethedynamicbehaviorofflowinstabilities,includingrotatingstallandsurge,inhighspeedmultistageaxialcompressors.Themodeldescribestheductflowfieldsusingtwodimensional,compressibleandunsteadyEulerequations,andaccountsfortheinfluencesofdownstreamplenumandthrottleinthesystemaswell.Itreplaceseachbladerowofmultistagecompressorewithadisk.Fornumericalcalculations,thetimemarchingprocedure,usingMacCormacktwostepsscheme,isused.Themainpuposeofthispaperistopredictthemechanismoftwodimensionalshortwavelengthrotatingstallinceptionandtheinterationbetweenbladerowsinhighspeedmultistagecompressors.Ithasbeendemonstratedthatthemodelhastheabilitytopredictthosephenomena,andtheresultsshowthatsomesystemparametershaveastrongeffectonthestallfeaturesaswell.Resultsforafivestagehighspeedcompressorareanalyzedindetail,andcomparisonwiththeexperimentaldatademonstratesthatthemodelandcalculatingresultsarereliable.
