简介:Inthispaper,abriefintroductiononclad-rollingheavysteelplatesof90mmand140mmthickispresented.Thesteelplateswerehotrolledby265mmslabsthatarecladdedbydouble135mmcontinuouscastingslabsofQ235steel.Afterhotrolling,interfaceofthecladdingslabscompletelydisappeared,revealinguniformgrainssimilartotherestofthematerials.Ultrasonictestswerecarriedoutonbothsteelplates,demonstratingexcellentresults.Throughthicknesstensiletestswerealsoimplementedonbothsteelplates,resultinginperfectmechanicalpropertiescomplyingwithspecificstandards.Theresultprovesthataminimumreductionrateof1.89isavailableinproducing140mmthicksteelplatewithexcellentthroughthicknessproperties.
