简介:ThetargetproductswerepreparedbyhomogeneousprecipitationmethodusingSDSandPEG800,respectively,assurfactantatareactiontemperatureof95℃for3h,followedbycalcinationat400℃for3h.ThesampleswerecharacterizedandanalyzedbyXRD,SEM,FTIRandzetapotentialmeasurements.Theproductsweremodifiedwithdifferentsurfactantstoimprovetheirdispersionstability,boththeamountandthebestzetapotentialvaluesofwhichwereidentifiedinthiswork.Thesurface-modifiednano-particleswereaddedatamassfractionof1.0%,2.0%,3.0%,and4.0%,respectively,intothebaseoil.Itwasshowedthattheadditiveinbaseoilhasgoodoilsolubilitywithoutdetectablecorrosionofcopperstripe,andhadexcellentbehaviorintermsofanti-wearperformanceandlowerfrictioncoefficient.
