简介：利用侧线装置完成MP-01催化剂的侧线试验。对苯和丙烯进行烃化反应，侧线试验主要包括条件试验和稳定性试验两大部分。其中包括烃化液试验、苯烯比试验、温度试验、高空速试验和苯烯比2．5条件下稳定性试验等一系列试验，侧线试验表明：MP—01催化剂具有低苯烯比、高空速、高选择性和反应稳定性好的特点，并且其再生性能良好。在总苯烯比2．0，丙烯质量空速1．0～1．5h^-1．人口温度145～155℃的条件下，达到丙烯转化率约为100％，丙基选择性约为100％，正丙苯含量小于120mg/kg。催化剂的再生周期大于3年。
