  • 简介:Thepipelinesteelisusuallyproducedbyaddingniobiumandvanadiumalloyingelements.Thetitaniumalloyedpipelinesteelwasstudiedinthepapertoreducetheproductioncostandenhancethecompetitiveabilityofpipelinesteel.Thesteelcontaining0.070%Tiwasrefinedinthelaboratoryvacuumrefinefurnace.ThedynamicCCTcurveofdevelopedsteelwasconductedonGleeble-1500thermalsimulatorandmulti-passdeformationtestsofstudiedpipelinesteelwereperformedtosimulatetheCSPhot-rollingtechnology.Correspondingmicrostructureswereobservedandtheinfluencesofsuchtechnologyparametersasdeformationstrain,deformationtemperature,coolingrateandfinishingtemperatureetc.onmicrostructurewereanalyzed.ThedynamicCCTcurvewasobtained.ThetestresultsshowedthatthevolumefractionofacicularferriteinthemicrostructureofTi-microalloyedX70pipelinesteelincreasedobviouslywiththeincreaseofcoolingrateafterthermo-mechanicaldeformation.However,thevolumefractionofacicularferritevariesscarcelyafterthecoolingrateof20℃/s.InordertoobtainTi-microalloyedX70pipelinesteelwithexcellentcompoundmechanicalpropertieswhichhasacicularferriteasthemainidealmicrostructure,thecoolingrateshouldbecontrolledtobe20℃/sormore.Thehigherofthefinishingtemperature,themoreofthevolumeofacicularferriteandthelessofthevolumeofpolygonalferrite.Thequitefinemicrostructurecanbeobtainedbyloweringthefinish-coolingtemperature.TheresultshaveshownthatitispossibletoproducetheTi-additionX70pipelinesteelfromthepointofviewofmicrostructure.

  • 简介:Influenceofthermo-mechanicalcontrolledprocessing(TMCP),includingtwo-stagerollingwithlaminarcooling,aircoolingandultra-fastcooling,onthemicrostructureandmechanicalpropertiesofthreekindsofNb-microalloeyedsteelswasinvestigatedbyhot-rollingexperiment.Effectofchemistrycompositionsandmicrostructureonmechanicalpropertiesandtherelationshipbetweenthemultiphasemicrostructure’sformationwithTMCPwereanalyzed.Theresultsshowedthatthemixedmicrostructurecontainingferrite,bainite,martensiteandasmallamountofretainedaustenitecanbeobtainedbythermo-mechanicalcontrolledprocessing.Size,quantityanddistributionoftheconstituents(ferritegrain,bainitepacketandM-Aislands)significantlyaffectthemechanicalpropertiesofthreekindsofNb-microalloyedsteels.UndertheconditionofsimilarTMCPparameters,thereisagraduallydecreasingtendencyintensilestrengthfromhighsiliconNbsteel,highsiliconNb-TisteeltolowsiliconNb-Tisteel,andanoppositetendencyintotalelongationandproductoftensilestrengthandductility.Totalelongationandproductoftensilestrengthandductilityreachthemaximumvalues(41%and25256MPa%respectively)forlowsiliconNb-Tisteel.

  • 简介:Controlledcoolingtechnologyisgettingmoreandmoreattentionwiththedevelopmentofthermal-mechanicalcontrolprocess.Inthepastdecade,achievingthegivenfinishcoolingtemperaturewasthesolegoalforthetechnology.However,withtheresearchanddevelopmentofnewsteelssuchassuperhighstrengthsteel,researchershaveinrecentyearsrealizedthedeterminateeffectsthatdifferentcoolingpathshaveonthefinishcoolingtemperatureandpaidmoreattentiontothecontrolofthecoolingrate.Thispaperfocusesonnotonlytheoptimizationofthecontrolledcoolingsystemwithhighprecisionandfastcoolingrate,butalsotheresearchanddevelopmentofthehighstrengthsteelplatewithreducedalloyingcomponent.
