简介：Sprayformingisanewtypeofmetalmaterialformingprocess,whichcanproducemetalblankssuchasbillet,tube,plateetc.Amathematicalmodelhasbeendevelopedtoforecasttheshapeevolutionoftubebilletsduringthesprayformingprocess.Theatomizermassfluxas,radialdistributioncoefficientbs,drawvelocityanddiameterofmandrelwereconsideredinthismodelandtheinfluenceofdifferentparameterssuchasmetalflowrate,drawvelocityofmandrel,diameterofmandrelonthetube'sshapechangeweresimulatedandanalyzedinthispaper.Thesimulationresultsobtainedfromthismodelcanbeprovidedtoengineersasreference.
