简介:Thedielectricpropertiesofceramicswithcompositionof(Sr1-xBix)TiO3+x/2(wherex=0.05~0.70)weremeasuredatfrequencyof1MHz.Theexperimentalresultsindicatethatthedielectricpropertiesof(Sr1-xBix)TiO3+x/2systemaregreatlyvariedwithanincreaseofthestoichiometricamountsofBi2O3.Therelativepermittivityofthesolidsolutionsishigh,andthedissipationfactorislow.Thepositronannihilationtechnique(PAT)wasadoptedtostudythedefectstructure.AnexplanationofthedielectricpropertiesofBi-dopedSrTiO3ceramicshasbeensuggestedintermsofelectron-compensationandvacancyordefect-compensationmechanismsandspace-chargepolarizationmechanism.
简介:Thispaperproposesasimplegeometricalraybasedapproachtosolvethestereocorrespondenceproblemforthesingle-lensbi-prismstereovisionsystem.Eachimagecapturedusingthissystemcanbedividedintotwosub-imagesontheleftandrightandthesesub-imagesaregeneratedbytwovirtualcameraswhichareproducedbythebi-prism.Thisstereovisionsystemisequivalenttotheconventionaltwocamerasystemandthetwosub-imagescapturedhavedisparitieswhichcanbeusedtoreconstructbackthe3-dimensional(3D)scene.ThestereocorrespondenceproblemofthissystemwillbesolvedgeometricallybyapplyingtheepipolargeometryconstraintonthegeneratedvirtualcamerasinsteadoftherealCCDcamera.Experimentsareconductedtovalidatetheproposedmethodandtheresultsarecomparedtothecalibrationbasedapproachtoconfirmitsaccuracyandeffectiveness.
简介:Inthiswork,Bi2Te3films(250nm)arefabricatedonSiO2/Sisubstratesbyradiofrequency(RF)magnetronsputteringatroomtemperature,andthepreparedfilmsareannealedoverthetemperaturerangeof200°Cto400°C.Crystallinityandelectricalpropertiesofthefilmscanbetunedcorrespondingly.ThepowerfactorsofBi2Te3filmsof0.85μW/K2cmto11.43μW/K2cmwereachievedafterannealing.Theinfraredreflectancemeasurementsfrom2.5μmto5.0μmdemonstratethatthereisalsoaslightred-shiftoftheplasmaoscillationfrequencyintheBi2Te3films.Bymeansofplasmoniccalculations,weattributethered-shiftofabsorptionpeakstothereductionofcarrierconcentrationandthechangeofeffectivemassofBi2Te3filmswiththeincreasedannealingtemperature.
简介:摘要:USB(Universal Serial Bus)通用串行总线作为一种外部总线标准,用于规范电脑与外部设备的连接和通讯,是应用在PC领域的接口技术。在装备设计应用中,大多数USB控制器芯片同时兼容USB2.0协议和USB3.0协议,具有广泛的应用性。而在实际生产测试时,由于控制芯片本身质量问题或生产工艺不良原因,存在某些USB接口出现不能同时支持2.0和3.0两种速率的缺陷。因此,针对USB接口的测试尤为重要。针对上述问题提出一种USB接口自动检测装置,可准确自动测试USB两种速率,有效提高USB接口测试的效率,减少人工误操作问题,并有效的提高了测试流程的抗干扰能力。
简介:Inthispaper,theconceptoftheShortest-RouteTrafficMatrix(SRTM)wasfirstpresented,andthegeneralizedformulaforcomputingringcapacityrequirementinuseofSRTMisgiven.Then,anewcapacitydesignalgorithmwhichisbasedonSRTMwaspresentedforSynchronousDigitalHierarchical(SDH)Bi-directionalSelf-HealingRing(BSHR).ThealgorithmsimulationresultsdemonstratethatthisalgorithmisveryefficientforSDHBSHRcapacitydesignandcanmakelessprojectinvestmentandmakehighutilizationoflinesandequipment.Bymeansofthealgorithminthispaper,capacityoptimizationassignmentforSDHHierarchicalSelf-HealingRing(HSHR)andforATMVirtualPath(VP)-basedSelf-HealingRing(SHR)isalsodiscussed.
