简介:Anefficientdesign-for-testability(DFT)techniqueisproposedtoachievelowoverheadforscan-baseddelayfaulttesting.Existingtechniquesfordelaytestsuchasskewed-loadorbroadsidemakethetestgenerationprocesscomplexandproducelowercoverageforscan-baseddesignsascomparedwithnon-scandesigns,whereastechniquessuchasenhanced-scantestcanmakethetesteasybutneedanextraholdinglatchtoaddsubstantialhardwareoverhead.Anewtri-stateholdinglogicispresentedtoreplacethecommonholdinglatchinenhanced-scantesttogetasubstantiallowhardwareoverhead.Thisschemecanachievelowdelayoverheadbyavoidingtheholdinglatchonthecriticaltimingscanpath.What’smore,thismethodcanalsokeepthestateandsignalactivityinthecombinationalcircuitfromthescanduringdatascan-inoperationtoreducethepowerdissipation.ExperimentresultsonasetofISCAS89benchmarksshowtheefficiencyoftheproposedscheme.
简介:TherehavebeenseveralmethodsfordeterminingTwave-end.ButnoneofthemcanovercomethedifficultyfrommultiformityofECGsignalpattern.Inthispaper,amethodfordeterminingTwave-endusingevolutionaryalgorithm(EA)isproposed.Inthisway,first,everycharacteristicparameterrelatedtoTwave-endisencodedtoastringofcodes,andadaptationfunctionisconstructedwiththestringofcodes.Thenchoosetheindividualaccordingtotheadaptationfunctionvalueanddogeneticoperation(reproduction,crossoverandmutation),soastoproduceoffspringwithmoreadaptationfunctionvalue.BecauseofEA'sautoadaptationandautoorganizationcharacter,itcantraceECGsignaltypeandfindtheTwave-endautomatically.ExperimentresultsshowthattheerrorratioofrecognizingTwave-endusingthismethodismuchsmallerthanthatusingexistingmethod.
