简介：Statusasthmaticusisaformofbronchialasthmaattack.Thesevereonecancausefailureofrespiratoryfunction.Toalleviatethesymptomsquickly,routinetherapycouldcombinedwithcompoundsalviamiltrorrhizainjectionandvitaminK3.Comparedthe36patientsintwogroupsandfoundtheeffectswereobvious.Intravenousdripwithcompoundsalviamihiorrhizainjectioncandilatethevessel,improvethemicrocirculationandpulmonarycirculation,correctoxygendeficitandquickelydispelsputum,thusit'sconductivetotheeliminationofconvulsionofairway.VitaminK3canpromotethesynthesisandconversionofcyclicAMPandalleviatetheinflammatoryexudation,thusimproveandstrengthenthefunctionofventiliation.
