简介：目的：探讨针灸治疗抑郁症的处方用穴特点及规律。方法：采用回顾性文献研究方法,检索近5年来针灸治疗抑郁症的临床文献,运用文献计量学方法,计算用穴的数量和频次,分析其特点,挖掘其规律。结果：检索到针灸治疗抑郁症的文献177篇,使用腧穴158个,使用总频次为1630次,其中百会、太冲、三阴交和神门使用最为频繁。从经脉看,督脉、足太阳膀胱经及足厥阴肝经穴使用最多;特定穴中五输穴使用最多;配穴以远近配穴法多用。结论：针灸治疗抑郁症以近端百会配合远端太冲、三阴交、神门等穴为主要处方。
