简介：目的：观察综合疗法分期治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法：将90例肩周炎患者在疼痛期给予浮针配合理疗治疗,粘连期给予针刀、手法治疗,恢复期给予适宜的功能锻炼。7d为一疗程,3个疗程后进行疗效评估,进行肩关节功能评定。结果：急性期总有效率为100%（38/38）,粘连期为93.5%（29/31）,恢复期为100%（21/21）;治疗后患者肩关节活动范围、疼痛、肌力、日常生活活动能力和关节局部形态都有明显改善（均P〈0.05）。结论：浮针为主综合疗法分期治疗肩周炎具有较好的临床疗效。
