简介:Objective:Toobserveeffectsofherbalcake-separatedrnoxibustiononbloodlipids,includingtotalcholesterol(TOh),triglyceride(TG),highdensitylipoprotein-Oh(HDL-Ch),lowdensitylipoprotein-Oh(LDL-Ch),apolipoproteinA(ApoA),apolipoproteinB(ApoB),andplasmathrornboxaneB2(TXB2)and6-keto-prostaglandinF1α(6-keto-PCFα1)contentsandanalyseitsmechanism.Methods:Thehyperlipemiarabbitmodelwasestablishedbybreedingofhighfatforageandinjectionofbovineserumalbumin.Theyweretreatedrespectivelybydirectmoxibustionandherbalcake-separatedrnoxibustionatJuque(巨阙CV14),Tianshu(天枢ST25),Fenglong(丰隆ST40),etc.,oncedaily,continuouslyfor40days.BloodTChandTGcontentsweredetectedwithenzymaticmethod,LDL-ChandHDL-Chwithcolorimetricmethod,ApoAandApo13withelectrophoreticmethod,andTXB2and6-keto-PGFα1withradioimmunoassey.Results:Boththeherbalcake-separatedmoxibustionanddirectmoxibustioncouldeffectivelydecreaseTCh,TG,LDL-Ch,Apo13andTXB2contentsandTXB2/6-keto-PGF1α,andincreaseHDL-CHand6-keto-PGF1αcontentsintherabbitofhyperlipemia.Conclusion.6-keto-PGF1αandTXB2arepossiblyinvolvedinthemechanismofherbalcake-separatedmoxibustiondecreasingbloodlipids。

简介:Objective:Toobservethetherapeuticeffectofelectroacupuncture(EA)onplasmaangiotensin(Ang*.Ⅱ),aldosterone(ALD)andatrialnatriureticpolypeptide(ANP)contentsinexperimentalcerebralinfarctionrabbitsforanalyzingtheunderlyingmechanismofacupunctureinamelioratingbloodsupplyofthebraintissue.Methods:Atotalof80rabbitswererandomizedintocontrol(n=8),pseudo-operation(n=24),model(n=24)andEA(n=24)groups.Cerebralinfarctionmodelwasestablishedbyinfusionofself-thrombusintothecarotidartery.EA(1mA,2Hz)wasappliedto'Baihui'(百会GV20)and'Shuigou'(水沟GV26)for30min,onceevery12hours.PlasmaAng-II,ALDandANPcontentsweredetectedwithradioimmunoassaymethod.Inthelater3groups,bloodsamplesweretakenat6h,24hand48haftercerebralischemia.Results:Comparedwithcontrolandpseudo-operationgroups,Ang-IIandALDcontentsofmodelgroupat6h,24hand48haftercerebralischemiaincreasedsignificantlywhileplasmaANPofthe3time-coursesofmodelgroupdecreasedconsiderably(P<0.01).Incomparisonwithmodelgroup,resultsshowedthatAng-IIandALDcontentsofEAgroupdecreasedsignificantlywhereasANPlevelofEAgroupincreasedstrikingly(P<0.01).Conclusion:ElectroacupuncturehastheeffectsofraisingplasmaANPlevelandloweringplasmaAng-IIandALDincerebralinfarctionrabbits.
简介:Inthisstudy,61casesofischemicstrokepatientsarerandomlydividedintosurroundingneedlinggroup(n=31)andscalp-acupuncturegroup(n=30).TheischemicfocusofthebrainisdeterminedbyCTexamina-tion.Forpatientsofthesurroundingneedlinggroup,Gauge-29-30stainlesssteelfiliformneedlesareinsertedintothesurroundingscalpofthefocalprojectionregiononebyone,withtheneedle-tipstowardthecenterofthefocalprojec-tionarea,andcombinedwithotherbodyacupointsaccordingtosyndromedifferentiation.Forpatientsofscalp-acupuncturegroup,MotorArea(MS6)andSensoryArea(MS7)ofthecontralateralsideofthefocusareused.Thetreatmentisperformedoncedailyinbothgroups,with30sessionsbeingatherapeuticcourse.Afteronecourseoftreatment,insurroundingneedlingandscalp-acupuncturegroups,20and11casesarecuredbasically,10and15haveamarkedimprovement,1and4areeffective,thetherapeuticeffectoftheformergroupissignificantlysuperiortothatofscalp-acupuncturegroup.Aftertreatment,plasmaepinephrine(E)andnorepinephrine(NE)levelsofthetwogroupsdecreaseconsiderablycomparedwithpre-treatmentofeachgroup(P<0.01),andtheeffectsofsurroundingneedlingonEandNEaremoreevidentlythanthoseofscalp-acupuncture(P<0.05).ResultssuggestthatthetherapeuticeffectofacupuncturemayberelatedtothedeclineofplasmaEandNElevels.

简介:目的:对比观察电针消化系统相关的下合穴对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)模型大鼠血清白介素-1β(IL-1β)、结肠组织肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及高迁移率族蛋白1(HMGB1)表达的影响,探讨大肠下合穴上巨虚治疗大肠腑病是否存在相对特异性。方法:将SD大鼠60只随机分为空白组、模型组、上巨虚组、足三里组、下巨虚组及阳陵泉组,每组10只,雌雄各半。采用2-4-6三硝基苯磺酸/乙醇溶液灌肠建立溃疡性结肠炎模型,造模成功后治疗10d,取材,肉眼观察大鼠结肠溃疡及炎性反应并评分,ELISA法检测血清IL-1β含量及结肠中TNF-α、HMGB1的表达。结果:1与空白组比较:其他各组大鼠结肠溃疡及炎性反应评分、血清IL-1β含量、结肠TNF-α(除上巨虚组外)和HMGB1含量均较高(P〈0.05,P〈0.01);2与模型组比较:足三里、上巨虚组溃疡评分明显偏低(P〈0.05,P〈0.01);全部4个治疗组的IL-1β、TNF-α、HMGB1含量均明显偏低(P〈0.01);3与上巨虚组比较:其他3个治疗组IL-1β、TNF-α、HMGB1含量均明显偏高(P〈0.05,P〈0.01),且下巨虚、阳陵泉组的溃疡评分也明显偏高(P〈0.05)。结论:1电针"上巨虚""足三里""下巨虚"和"阳陵泉"均可降低结肠溃疡评分,且降低血清IL-1β含量及结肠TNF-α、HMGB1的含量,有效阻抑UC所致的结肠炎性反应;2四穴治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效应趋势为:"上巨虚"〉"足三里"〉"下巨虚"〉"阳陵泉",且"上巨虚"相对而言效应最佳,存在相对特异性。

简介:目的:探讨电针治疗帕金森病(PD)的作用机制。方法:取SD大鼠50只,随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组和电针组。电针组针刺“风府”“太冲”,每日1次,共治疗2周,其它组不予治疗干预。以6-羟基多巴胺制备PD大鼠模型。采用免疫组织化学法观察黑质酪氨酸羟化酶(TH)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF—α)和白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)阳性细胞数量。结果:模型组损毁侧黑质TH阳性神经元数量显著低于正常组和假手术组(P〈0.01),TNF—α和IL-1β阳性细胞数量显著高于正常组和假手术组(P〈0.01);电针组黑质TH阳性神经元数量显著高于模型组(P〈0.01),TNF-α、IL-1B阳性细胞数量显著低于模型组(P〈0.01)。结果表明,电针治疗能显著降低PD模型大鼠黑质TNF-α、IL-1β等前炎性反应因子含量。结论:电针干预可能通过减轻PD模型大鼠黑质内的炎性反应,而对多巴胺能神经元施加保护作用。
简介:目的:观察艾灸对克罗恩病(CD)大鼠结肠黏膜组织MCP-1、NF-κB蛋白表达的影响。方法:采用国际公认的Morris方法制备CD大鼠模型。将动物随机分为空白对照组、CD模型组和艾条灸组,空白对照组、CD模型组不做治疗,艾条灸组选用特制香烟型纯艾条,在距离"脾俞""中脘"穴2cm高处悬灸,每日治疗1次,每次使用1个穴位,两穴交替使用,每次20min,连续治疗7d。应用HE染色光镜下观察结肠病理学变化,免疫组化方法观察大鼠结肠黏膜MCP-1、NF-κBp65和NF-κBp50蛋白的表达。结果:与空白对照组比较,CD模型组大鼠可见黏膜、腺体缺损或消失,绒毛破坏,黏膜下层充血水肿,溃疡形成;大鼠结肠黏膜组织MCP-1、NF-κBp50及NF-κBp65蛋白表达平均吸光度明显增高(P〈0.01);与CD模型组比较,艾条灸组大鼠结肠黏膜炎症性反应明显改善,主要表现为黏膜下水肿减轻,有少量炎性细胞浸润,肠腺排列较规则,其大鼠结肠黏膜组织MCP-1、NF-κBp50及NF-κBp65蛋白表达平均吸光度显著降低(P〈0.05)。结论:艾灸能够下调CD大鼠结肠黏膜MCP-1、NF-κB蛋白的表达。
简介:目的:探讨针刺对STZ糖尿病大鼠胰腺组织内质网应激IRE1-CHOP信号通路及相关凋亡基因的影响。方法:SD大鼠80只,选取10只用普通饲料喂养作为空白对照组,其余70只用高脂高糖饲料喂养和腹腔注射小剂量STZ制作糖尿病模型。造模成功30只,随机分为针刺治疗组模型对照组、和西药组(二甲双胍),每组10只。治疗4周,测大鼠的RBG,胰腺组织CHOP、IRE1、Bax、Bcl-2蛋白和mRNA表达。结果:与治疗前比较,针刺组和西药组RBG均明显降低(P〈0.05),模型组和空白组RBG变化的差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);模型组胰腺CHOP、IRE1、Bax蛋白表达显著高于空白组(P〈0.05),针刺组和西药组显著低于模型组(P〈0.05);模型组胰腺CHOP、IREl、BaxmRNA表达显著高于空白组(P〈0.01),针刺组和西药组显著低于模型组(P〈0.01);模型组Bcl-2蛋白表达显著低于空白组(P〈O.05),针刺组和西药组显著高于模型组(P〈0.01),针刺组与西药组之间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);模型组Bcl-2mRNA表达显著低于空白组(P〈0.01),针刺组和西药组显著高于模型组(P〈0.01),针刺组与西药组之间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:STZ糖尿痛大鼠胰腺组织存在内质网应激,IRE1-CHOP信号通路是抑制胰腺内质网应激的主要通路,针刺可以通过IRE1-CHOP信号通路改善胰腺组织内质网应激,抑制凋亡基因,保护胰腺组织。
