  • 简介:Thestrengthoflightweightconcreteundertriaxialcompressivestressisstudiedexperimentallywiththeconcretetriaxialapparatusdesignedbytheauthors,andiscomparedwiththatofnormalconcreteunderthesamestressstate.Ninety-five100mmcubesundertwentystressratiosaretested.Ascomparedwithnormalconcrete,itisfoundthatnotonlythemultiaxialcompressivestrengthoflightweightconcreteissmall,butalsotheratioofthemultiaxialcompressivestrengthtotheuniaxialcompressivestrengthissmall.Theinfluenceoftheintermediateprincipalstressonthemultiaxialstrengthoflightweightconcreteisdiscussed.Thestrengthcriteriawhichareexpressedintheprincipalstressesandtheoctahedralstressesrespectivelyareproposed.

  • 简介:Duetothelargescaleandcomplexityofcivilinfrastructures,structuralhealthmonitoringtypicallyrequiresasubstantialnumberofsensors,whichconsequentlygeneratehugevolumesofsensordata.Innovativesensordatacompressiontechniquesarehighlydesiredtofacilitateefficientdatastorageandremoteretrievalofsensordata.ThispaperpresentsavibrationsensordatacompressionalgorithmbasedontheDifferentialPulseCodeModulation(DPCM)methodandtheconsiderationofeffectsofsignaldistortionduetolossydatacompressiononstructuralsystemidentification.TheDPCMsystemconcernedconsistsoftwoprimarycomponents:linearpredictorandquantizer.FortheDPCMsystemconsideredinthisstudy,theLeastSquaremethodisusedtoderivethelinearpredictorcoefficientsandJayantquantizerisusedforscalarquantization.A5-DOFmodelstructureisusedastheprototypestructureinnumericalstudy.NumericalsimulationwascarriedouttostudytheperformanceoftheproposedDPCM-baseddatacompressionalgorithmaswellasitseffectontheaccuracyofstructuralidentificationincludingmodalparametersandsecondorderstructuralparameterssuchasstiffnessanddampingcoefficients.ItisfoundthattheDPCM-basedsensordatacompressionmethodiscapableofreducingtherawsensordatasizetoasignificantextentwhilehavingaminoreffectonthemodalparametersaswellassecondorderstructuralparametersidentifiedfromreconstructedsensordata.

  • 简介:Calc-alkalinegranites(excludingA-andM-type)couldbedividedintotwopetrogenicseries,I,e,thesyntexisseriesandthetransformationseriesaccordingtotheirgeneticmechanisms.InthelightofthisclassificationwefoundthatgranitesofthesetwoseriesoftenaligneinpairedzonesparalleltocontemporaneousB-typeorintracontinentalcompression-subductionzoneswithinascendedslabs,re-sultinginaregularzonalpatterntogetherwithsubductionzones.Thus,theyaredefinedastwingranitebelts.Accordingtothespatialrelationsbetweenthegranitebeltsandthesubductionzones,thetwingranitebeltscouldbeclassifiedasA,ABandB-type.ThezonationofgranitesofthetwoseriesinthenorthernpartoftheEastQinlinareacouldbecitedasatypicalexampleofA-typetwingranitebeltsrelatedtotheYenshanianintracontinentacompression-subductionmovementinthearea.InthispaperthetectonicsettingsandpetrogenicfeaturesofthetwingranitesbeltsinEastQinlinaresystematicallydescribed,andatectonicmodelforgraniticmagmagenesisinintracontinentalcompression-subductionenvironmentshasbeenproposed.Inthismodeltheforma-tionofA-typetwingranitebeltsiscloselyconnectedwithtectonicmovementsintermsoftheprince-ple,ruleanddynamicsofmaterialdifferentiationinthelithosphere.
