简介:ESD(electrosparkdeposition)isapromisingprocesstoproducehardandwear-resistingcoatingsonmetallicsubstrates.InthispapermicrostructureandinterfacialcharacteristicsoftheWC92-Co8coatedontitaniumandcarbonsteelarepresented.Ametallurgicalbondingbetweenthecoatingandsubstrateisobtained.TheTielementwasfoundtodistributeinWC92-Co8atthemetalpool,aswellastheinterfacebydiffusion.SomenewphaseswereproducedinthecoatinglayerduetothechemicalreactionduringtheESDprocess.ExperimentalobservationandthermodynamicanalysiswereutilizedtostudythemechanismofESD.
简介:TheeffectofrepeatedmeltingofthemotheringotonthethermalstabilityofaZr60All5Ni25glassyalloywasinvestigatedbydifferentialscanningcalorimetry(DSC).Experimentalresultsindicatethataftertherepeatedmeltingoftheingotsat1300and1580K,theglasstransitiontemperatureTgin.easesfrom686.4to690.7and696.8KandtheonsettemperatureofcrystallizationTxfrom757.9to758.6and763.4K,respectively,indicatingthatthethermalstabilitybecomeshigheraftertherepeatedarcmeltingofthemotheringotandthatitismoreeffectiveathighertemperature.Withintheframeworkofstructureheredity,theoriginoftheimprovementofthethermalstabilityofZr60AllsNi25bulkglassyalloyisdiscussed.
