简介:【摘要】 目的 了解军队离休干部老年贫血患者的临床特点。 方法 对 122例军队离休干部老年贫血患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。 结果 122例患者贫血病因前三位分别是恶性肿瘤 62例( 50.8%),营养不良性贫血 20例( 16.4%),肾性贫血 18例( 14.8%)。轻度贫血 108 例( 88.5%),中度贫血 14例( 11.5%),重度贫血 0 例。 结论 军队离休干部老年贫血较为常见,且多为轻度,中重度少见。恶性肿瘤是引起老年贫血的主要原因,营养不良性贫血和肾性贫血也占有较高的比例,应引起临床医师的重视,提高诊治水平。
简介:【摘 要】目的:探讨尿常规定性检验糖尿病蛋白尿的效果分析。方法:将 2018年 11月 -2019年 11月在我院治疗的 80例糖尿病患者作为观察组,将同期 80例健康体检者作为对照组,均进行尿常规定性检验,对比两组的蛋白尿检出率、其他指标检出率、蛋白尿与年龄的关系、蛋白尿与病程的关系。结果:观察组微量蛋白尿、大量严重蛋白尿检出率明显高于对照组,而无蛋白尿检出率明显低于对照组( P<0.05) ;观察组白细胞、白细胞酯酶、尿糖、尿酮体、尿隐血等检出率明显高于对照组( P<0.05) ;蛋白尿严重程度与年龄呈正比,年龄越大,蛋白尿 +++比例越高( P<0.05) ;蛋白尿严重程度与病程呈正比,病程越长,蛋白尿 +++比例越高( P<0.05)。结论:尿常规定性检验糖尿病蛋白尿的效果显著,对蛋白尿的检出率高,能为临床判断有无肾功能损伤提供可靠依据。 【关键词】糖尿病 ;蛋白尿 ;尿常规定性检验 ;效果 [Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of urine routine qualitative test of diabetic proteinuria. Methods: 80 cases of diabetic patients treated in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the observation group, and 80 cases of healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group. The detection rate of proteinuria, detection rate of other indicators, the relationship between proteinuria and age, and the relationship between proteinuria and the course of disease were compared between the two groups. Results: the detection rate of microalbuminuria and a large number of severe proteinuria in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, while the detection rate of nonproteinuria was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05); the detection rates of leukocyte, leukocyte esterase, urine sugar, urine ketone body and urine occult blood in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05); The older the age, the higher the proportion of proteinuria + + + (P < 0.05); the severity of proteinuria was proportional to the course of disease, and the longer the course of disease, the higher the proportion of proteinuria + + + (P < 0.05). Conclusion: urine routine qualitative test of diabetic proteinuria effect is significant, the detection rate of proteinuria is high, can provide reliable basis for clinical judgment of renal function injury.
